Adamsonians dominate with their falcon spirit as each earn well deserved medals in their respective sports during 30th SEAa games set in the Philippines.
Arianne Vallestero lead the Blue Girls for their SEA games battle for gold. Vallestero’s two – base hits proved pivotal to the match and her last two runs was the salt in the Indonesians wound in their 8 – 0 fifth inning win.
The win for the team was even better as they were “playing in front of family and friends” said Philippine team Captain Cheska Altomonte
Along with her fellow Adamsonians, Ezra Jalandoni, Angela Gabriel, Mary Joy Maguad and Nicole Padasas, they were able to bat the Philippine Women’s Softball 10th Consecutive Gold Medal in Ten Finals Appearances.
Batting as high as them are Bryan Castillo and Mark Steven Manaig for Baseball.
The two Falcons soar for gold against Thailand with ease. The whole finals match felt out of reach as the home team glides to 3 – 0 after the first inning and continued to be too much for the opponents finishing with a 15 – 2 win.
The team however, set their sights to the future as they “look forward to the East Asia Cup next year as a qualifying tournament for BFA Asian Baseball Championship 2021” said Philippine Amateur Baseball Association President Chito Loyzaga.
