The Adamson University Administration announced on April 13, 2020 the conclusion of the second semester stating no further on-campus and face to face meetings after April 30,2020 in accordance with the extended implementation of enhanced community quarantine due to growing pandemic situation.

CHED allows universities to finish
the academic year early due to COVID-19 outbreak

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) announced on April 14 2020, universities and colleges that use the old academic calendar are now allowed to end the academic year. Month semester extension and adjustments of academic year are authorized
for the univeristiesfollowing the new academic calendar. adjustments should be reasonable, transparent, and outcome-based. In a released memorandum, CHED Chairman Prospero De Vera stated universities and colleges that follow the old academic calendar (June to May) are
“allowed to complete their current semester, trimester, and equivalent academic year” through April 30. Flexible learning options must be applied for the reflection of students’ development.
